What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. If you need to exchange an item for a different color or style, please contact our support team to initiate the process.
Are the diaper bags machine washable?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent to preserve the integrity of the water-resistant coating. For deep cleans, hand wash and air dry; do not put tactical gear in a washing machine or dryer.
